I am a 60 year old man and visit Dr. Thomas once a year for a general checkup. He is straight forward, easy to talk to listens to what I say. After one visit he got me off the drugs my previous doctor had me on.
I would recommend him to any male as most of us don't like going to Doctors anyway.

He is a good doctor but he doesn't take the time to listen to his patients concern. He spends to much time looking at his computer and not enough time conversing with the individual.
He is a good doctor, easy to talk to, knows his medicine, and very professional!

Seems rushed and is easily flustered but i believe he is knowledgeable and he works with me, which is probably a testament to his patience. I just cant deal with his back office any more. Prescriptions are routinely fouled up and it takes many tries from both myself and the pharmacy to straighten it all out. When i have to make 8 calls just to try to get a pryscripton for diabetic test strips... which never should have been denied then a prescription for lancets arrives instead, well, bye

I have a need to see a doctor every 6 months to monitor my blood work for various reasons not uncommon, for the past 12 years. I have been in the care of physician out of state until I moved back to New Mexico. Had a great experience with my first physician here until he retired. Went Doctor shopping ended up with Dr Thomas. From the first encounter with Dr Thomas I felt he must have slept through the class on bedside manner. His personality is almost rude and very demeaning to his patient's.
