About Karam Sonu Bhalla, MD
Karam Sonu Bhalla, M.D has over 15 years’ experience in two fields of medicine including Anesthesiology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Bhalla received his Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. He went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Tennessee in Memphis. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Anesthesiology from the University of New Mexico. Dr. Bhalla enjoys treating patients with hypertension, diabetes and other various disease process that affect the modern, western population. Additionally he has great interest in bowel health, body inflammation, brain fog, bio-identical hormones, fatigue, and overall fitness. Dr. Bhalla’s excels at various non pharmaceutical treatments ranging from natural herbs, supplements, hatha yoga, and dietary coaching empowering patients to take back their health and regain balance. He is highly interested in evidenced based, preventive methods that use natural means to address various disease processes that affect our modern culture. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiology and American Medical Association. He has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and enjoys swimming, hatha and raga yoga, meditation and reading.
