About Rachael Cunnick, PA-C
Rachael Cunnick, PA-C, is a certified physician’s assistant with over 20 years’ experience in physical education, nutrition and general endocrinology such as exams, assessments, diagnoses and treatment for patients with diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis and obesity.
Rachael earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in Exercise Science and Foods & Nutrition from Kansas State University. She went on to complete her Registered Dietitian degree and Master of Science in Exercise Physiology. She received another Master of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Colorado State University. She earned her Physician Assistant degree from Southern Illinois University with an emphasis on Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Sports Medicine. Additionally, she is a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), and a Certified Clinical Densitometrist (CCD).
She is a gifted speaker and writer who provides international volunteer medical services through Crisis Aid International and Hand of Hope.
