Dr. Ramo's New Heart Cardiac Rehabilitation gym is an asset to the community, in particular heart patients. My doctor sent me to this program to solve quality of life issues, lack of interest anxiety as result of A-Fib. I went through three months of a designed to my needs exercise program to increase my stamina, reduce weight and regain strength with the final goal of reducing or eliminating the need for meds. All goals were achieved I am a different person and a real new me. Thank you Dr. Ramo, Jackson and New Heart staff for always encouraging me to keep pushing and to commit myself to live a healthy life. You are great . I am continuing exercising at the gym, because I feel safe and surrounded by a group of really caring professionals. Thank you
