While I am still torn between the choices of open heart surgery or a patch and other treatments through the groin, Dr. Castlemain has been unfailingly open about supporting either option I ultimately pick, even while he explains why he favors one. He has been low key, clear in his explanations, and comfortable to interact with. I am very impressed.

I was airlifted from Socorro hospital suffering from A.R.D.S. 6 years ago. I was 38 at the time with a 20% chance of pulling through.
