Very thorough. Takes my concerns seriously & makes a real effort to solve them. I had 5 ER visits &had 5 other doctors office visits, complaining about being extremely sick and in pain. I felt like I was dying. No one listened, took me seriously, or even questioned me to get symptoms. Ms.Coyne sent me straight to the hospital for gall bladder surgery. Thank you Ms. Coyne for being so thorough & listening to me!! I wish there were more providers like her!

My experience has not been great. On on hard the office staff and nurses has been excellent. On the other hand ,, I have been struggling for about one year with intestinal issues.Have made several visits with urgent care and emergency room visits. These visits seem not to sense the urgency !!!! Had colonoscopy endoscopy. This while not a pleasant event I was treated exceptionally well by the staff. Had gallbladder surgery which again was not a pleasant experience I was happy with the treatment by the team On the other hand, the nurse practitioner presents as being in the need of interpersonal skills. Could improve in the area of listening skills. I believe that my medical issue and subsequent recovery has been delayed due to mid- communication. I am currently improving slowly. Due to the issues I have lost over 20 pounds. Have spent more time and money and personal misery this past year than I have during the past 30 years. This is not over an overstatement. I suppose and maybe thinking all in all I have had very positive experiences as well as negative ones. I just not sure!. What else I can say other than I have chalked this past year as part of growing older I’m down but not out!!! I choose not to single out anyone in particular, after all we are all human with limitations and such is life. We live, learn and move on!

Bridget Coyne is a terrific gastroenterology NP. She listens, encourages questions, and provides very understandable explanations.

This past week I had an appointment at Lovelace Women's Hospital with Bridget Coyne, CNP. She was amazing--she explained my options and what to expect during my next visit. I was given information and contact numbers in case I had further questions. I love going to Lovelace because you feel like person and you are treated as a person and not just a claim number.

Liked this nurse practitioner. Scheduling the procedure has proven to be a bit more difficult. Hope they have a cancellation soon!
