On May 27th my mother Vanessa went down with cardiac arrest in Lovelace’s actual facility to be specific the 5th floor in medical surge I got the call at 4:00 in the morning with a code nurse stating they were doing chest compression’s trying my to bring her back what’s upsetting is that prior to the incident my mom was stating she was in pain and was needing help the nurse charted the the MD was notified twice and yet no aid was rendered. Ever since my mother has been battling an anoxic brain injury and not sure we will ever move on from this, after speaking with the higher up management team they said basically there is nothing they can do at this point a apology was not even given, my advice to any family that bring loved ones to this facility I would caution you to think before you do because this is a very dangerous place to place someone you love thinking there getting the care they need and totally be disregarded

The last time I met with Dr. Booth was about four months ago and I can't help grinning every time I think about it. He's a professional with ears, listening intently to my concerns, and a solution-driven individual who's capable of deviating from the norm for the benefit of his patient.

I cannot express how wonderful Dr. Booth and his team were. My father had a CABG performed at age 85. They had to harvest veins from his leg and arm. We were absolutely impressed with their positive and professional care. His Nurse Paulina Hill was available to answer all our concerns and follow up care throughout this whole process. Dr. Booth had a wonderful way of explaining the process to my Dad. We knew we were in good hands. I highly recommend this team.
