I have been going to the heart ctr. for years to receive my yearly check up. The staff and especially Geoffrey Steffens are really great. A two thumbs up.

I was referred to Geoffrey Steffens after suffering a heart attack in early November 2022. Perhaps the best decision I made in my recent health history was to make and keep the appointment with his office at the NM Heart Institute. I was physically weakened by my heart event: the organ had been acutely damaged and was only pumping @ 50% of its norm. The excellent medical staff @ NM Heart Hospital had performed their magic through a corrective procedure and stabilized my condition. I now entrusted my recovery to Geoffrey Steffens at this critical time. It would take another 3-4 months of dedicated lifestyle adjustments prescribed, outlined and monitored by Steffens and staff to obtain the positive results he and myself had committed to. That’s what I like about Steffens: always very professional, no nonsense approach, and committed to his patients. I followed the regimen and owe my full recovery to his guidance and expertise. I continue to do so today and haven’t felt this great in a decade. I now make an annual check-up appointment with Geoffrey Steffens. I continue to appreciate the excellent medical care he and his staff provides.
