Mel Peralta, M.D., FACC is a cardiologist board certified in Echocardiography, Nuclear Medicine, Vascular Interpretation and Cardiovascular Disease. He completed medical school at University of Texas Medical Branch followed by his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease both from the University of New Mexico. He is a fellow in the American College of Cardiology.
Very good medical care and Dr. Peralta is incredible.

Dr. Peralta is patient, spends time with you (never rushed) and is knowledgeable. He’s also kind and has a sense of humor. I’d say he’s the best doctor I’ve ever had.

He seems to talk about himself and how great he is and his wonderful diet. When I look at my follow up notes in my charts, it is clear he doesn't listen. I says I do not take my own blood pressure at home. In fact, I have a excel sheet with all the dates and results. But he was not interested in that. They seem to overcharge. I am switching doctors

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Peralta. This was my first visit and he was very caring and explained everything to me and has referred me that I understand. I will be having a test in the future and a follow up to review the results.
