Patricia Heinz was very pleasant. She listens and has a great attitude. This was the first time I felt like I was heard and my questions answered. Thank you for your kindness.

If you are able to communicate effectively to your provider and they know how to effective/efficiently do their job there should never be a problem. Patricia knows her more than a thing or two. I have been suffering from anemia for almost a year dealing with a M.D. that could not diagnose me. I told Patricia my problems and she ordered lab work appropriately to get the treatment I need. Patricia is kind, knowledgeable, and concerned about her patient's well being.
