Rio is very easy to talk to and during appointment he talked to the patient instead of her husband and daughter. Is responsive to messages on My Chart and answers in a very reasonable time.

Rio is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answers all of my questions and takes the time to review test and image results, and explain next steps throughout any procedure. He sincerely cares and it shows.

Rio Udell saw me to assess my status and discuss an upcoming Surgery with Dr. Huong. He is thorough, very knowledgeable and pleasant. He answered all of my and my husband's questions, and began ordering pre-operative tests immediately.
