Catherine Mahoney, ACNPC-AG, CNP earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of New Mexico and her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of New Mexico. She is certified in Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Catherine is a member of American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) and New Mexico Nurse Practitioner Council (NMNPC).
My appointment with Catherine Mahoney was preliminary to an ablation procedure for an AFib condition. She is an excellent nurse practitioner, knowledgeable in her specialty, and a pleasure to deal with. I found her very helpful in addressing my concerns and answering all of my questions. I highly recommend her.

Catherine Mahoney explained my medical circumstances to me clearly. I understand what happened to me and what our next steps would be in depending on my situation. All of my questions that time at that time were answered and I know if something else comes up I can message or call her and she will be there for me.

My visit with Catherine Mahoney was a follow up on a procedure I had. I have seen Catherine on other visits for my cardiac care. She is an amazing practitioner. She listens to my concerns and answers the questions I ask. I never feel that I’m being rushed during my appointments. She is professional and knowledgeable.
